As a biller, how do I get my bills available to be paid via banks?
Billers can:
- Integrate their system online with Bill24 API.
- Upload a file with bill information in the Bill24 portal for offline mode.
How do billers receive the collected amounts from Bill24?
Bill24 does not collect money. All payments are settled by banks directly to the biller's designated bank account.
Does Bill24's Bill Payment Service help collect payments directly from customers?
No, Bill24 does not collect money directly from consumers; it allows customers to pay via bank payment channels.
What is the difference between Bakong and Bill24 Service?
Bakong enables manual transfers or KHQR scans to move money between accounts at different banks but doesn't automatically clear bills from the biller's system. Bill24’s Bill Payment Service integrates with the biller’s system, enabling consumers to pay through various bank channels and automatically clears the bill on the biller’s system.
How can consumers pay the bill?
Customers can pay via bank app, internet banking, ATM, agent, counter, etc.
If we connect with Bill24's Bill Payment Service, does Bill24 keep our money?
No, Bill24 does not receive any money when consumers pay. The biller's funds are settled directly into the biller's bank account.
How many days does it take for the bank to settle into the biller account?
Transaction status is updated real-time. All collected payments typically are settled daily (T+1).
What international payment methods are available?
Visa, MasterCard, UPI, and JCB.
What are the requirements for connecting to Bill24's Bill Payment Service? Do we need to sign agreements with all banks?
You only need to sign up with Bill24; there's no need to enter into agreements with the banks. You only need to have an active bank account.
What are the requirements for using Bill24's BillFlow?
Sign up on the BillFlow portal, and you can immediately start using BillFlow to manage your bills.
What are the fee structures for Bill24 Payment Service?
There are three components: a connection fee, an annual maintenance fee, and a transaction fee.
Who pays the transaction fee?
The transaction fee can be paid by the biller or the consumer. The biller determines who pays the transaction fee.
How much does it cost to use Bill24 products?

Depending on the type of your business and the volume of transactions, our sales team is happy to assist you and find the right pricing configuration
How does a biller select banks to activate payment channels via Mobile apps, Checkout, and Deeplink?
After signing up with Bill24, our onboarding team will start the activation process with the banks. Banks will receive an activation request, and if the bank accepts, the biller’s account will be added to the bank’s payment system.
What types of payment settlement does Bill24 offer?
Bill24 offers two types of settlement:
- Hub settlement: All payments collected by multiple banks will be settled to your bank account at the Hub provider bank. For example, if ACleda is the Hub Provider, payments made via Phillip Bank, AMK, J Trust, and others will be settled to your ACleda account.
- Direct settlement: Payments will be settled within the same bank. For example, if a consumer pays with Phillip Bank, the settlement is done to the biller’s account at Phillip Bank.
Can a biller use Hub and Direct settlement at the same time?
Yes, a biller can use both settlement types simultaneously.
If there is an error with transactions paid by my customer, do I need to contact the bank or Bill24?
Your customer should contact their bank to request a check for the error.
If a customer has paid, can I reverse the money to the consumer in case I fail to deliver the service or product?
Yes, you should contact your bank linked to Bill24 service and request reversals.
Can I allow my customers to pay from another country to Cambodia?
Yes, consumers can pay from abroad into Cambodia via international payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.).
Can I select another bank as a Hub provider besides Acleda?
Yes, you can select another bank as a Hub provider if the bank is configured for that role. However, ACleda has the most established Hub with many bank partners connected to it.
Our marketplace allows multiple businesses to register and sell products. Can consumers pay vendors directly for their purchases?
Yes, the marketplace owner can integrate Bill24 Checkout/Deeplink for each vendor’s profile. The vendor must be registered with Bill24 Payment Gateway to activate this feature.
If a biller uses Bill24 Checkout/Deeplink to receive payments with international cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), can they reverse the payment if requested?
The biller should contact their Cambodian bank to request a reversal of the payment.
