Different banks may use different templates. You can download and modify the file to match the required template for your bank’s Internet banking system. Payments from abroad to a BillFlow user in Cambodia are possible using international cards if the BillFlow user enables the Bill24 Payment Gateway. Payments from Cambodia to abroad need to be made through other providers.How does the payment status update from “Unpaid” to “Paid”?
If you pay through BillFlow’s Bill Payment function, the status updates automatically. If you make a direct local transfer or cash payment, you need to manually update the payment status in BillFlow.Can I receive bills from a vendor who is not using BillFlow?
To automatically receive bills, your vendor needs to join BillFlow. However, you can manually add bills from vendors who are not on the platform.What types of invoices are available in BillFlow? Can I customize the invoice format?
BillFlow offers standard templates used in Cambodia, including regular invoices, and for registered companies, commercial and tax invoices. Currently, you can add your logo to the invoice template.Is there a limit on the number of vendors and bills I can receive through BillFlow?
There’s no limit. If your vendors aren’t using BillFlow, you can invite them to join. They can send invoices to you via BillFlow even with a free subscription.Can I request new features in BillFlow?
